Registration. To submit property data or access certain features, you must create an account or log in via Facebook.
Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and to keep your credentials secure.
Ownership. You retain ownership of any content or data you submit. By submitting, you grant Terraglance a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that data in connection with the Service.
Quality. You agree only to submit truthful, non‑infringing, and accurate property information. Terraglance may reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
Eligibility. Approved submissions may qualify for a cash reward (₦300–₦500) as described on the platform.
Verification. Rewards are paid only for “verified” listings that meet our quality criteria. Rewards are subject to change and may be paused or discontinued at any time.
Permitted Use. You may use the Service for lawful, personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Use. You may not scrape data, reverse‑engineer our software, interfere with the Service's operation, or use it for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
All trademarks, logos, graphics, and software on the Service are owned by Terraglance or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without our prior written consent.
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices.
No Warranty. The Service is provided “as‑is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that insights or valuations are perfectly accurate.
Liability Cap. Except where prohibited by law, Terraglance's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the total rewards paid to you in the prior 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time, with or without cause, by providing notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11 will survive.
We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in‑app notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
